I bought this to go with my Milwaukee fuel power head, I also bought the 3 foot extension to use with it. This makes pruning trees a breeze. I used it to prune a hedge that was 15 feet wide by 80 feet long and 15 feet high. Before I bought this it use to take me 3 days climbing around in the bush with a chainsaw cutting branches down to 8 feet, now I can finish it in 1 day. Some of the branches were 8 inches round and this pole saw cut through like butter. I used 3, 6amp high output batteries to complete the job. It saves serous time and effort. It came with tool to adjust the saw/ change blades. I would highly recommend buying one.

Used it today for the first time. Cut like dream. Had a couple of trees that were way overgrown and this pole saw cleared em out fast and efficiently. The oil reservoir leaked like others mentioned but most chainsaws do so it wasn’t unexpected. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. As an aside if I had hired the job out it would have cost way more than the cost of this attachment (or the whole system for that matter) so it paid for itself.

Attachment is useful for simple tasks but if you are getting into a serious task then the chain comes off the rails really easily and you waste a lot of time putting it back together… normally I like milwaukee attachments but I am not the fence on this one… which I would not have bought it.

I’ve been using this to trim up some broken branches around my property after a recent storm and it is absolutely perfect for what I need. If you do tree work for a living, it’s probably not up to par, but if you already have some milwaukee tools and you want something that will work with your existing batteries, this is a no brainer
