The product works as advertised. Switching from a gas trimmer and plug in blower this kit is a huge improvement! The battery lasted long enough for me to manage trimming and blowing grass clippings on my 1/2 acre suburban plot. The tools are significantly lighter in weight from the tools they are repl and my joints really appreciate that.There are some issues with the trimmer. The unit breaks apart in the middle for shipping and is clamped together during assembly. No mater how tight I get the joining clamp there is still a bit of wobble between the two halves. A minor annoyance for sure, but I am used to my DeWalt tools being rock solid. The major issue is the trimmer guard. It might as well not even be there. It is so small as to offer little protection from kicked up rocks and sticks. I will be wearing shin guards when using this unit, an issue trimmers with larger guards do not have to this degr. Also, the blade that trims the line as it is unspooled is dull new out of the box. The trimmer struggles to get the new line cut to length when bumped.

I love these battery powered tools. They get the job done and i don’t have to battle the weed eater to crank it up. The only issues I have with it is that the cutting area is relatively small and it doesn’t have a lot of power to get through the thick stuff. Since I don’t have a lot of thick weeds, this weed eater does the trick for me. The blower works GREAT!! I don’t have any complaints about it. The wife loves it too.

I was skeptical buying this set, thinking it maybe underpowered. I was wrong, blower has plenty of power and trimmer works great. Battery lasts long enough to get through edging and trimming front and back yard and blowing any trimming, one shot

The weedeater works great. with the 4 amp hr battery runs long enough till I want to quit.The leaf blower, not so much. Of course my gas blower blows twice as much.So I use the leaf blower to blow off my sawmill. Works well enough for that. I have lots of 20 volt Dewalt tools with 2 amp batteries, so I run the 2 amp battery in the leaf blower.

I love this set. I already had Dewalt batteries for my tools so getting this set was perfect. The blower is powered and the weedwhacker gets the job done around the house. I have no complaints.
